Olivia Rossetti is a dance teacher and choreographer based in Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts in dance. She teaches students starting at the age of two years old in various styles, including ballet, tap, musical theater, and hip hop. At the start of her dance education, Olivia danced at Northeast School of Ballet, under the direction of Denise Cecere, starting at age 11. During her sophomore and junior years of high school, she danced as part of Northeast School of Ballet’s conservatory program. Throughout this training, she took classes that specialized in styles such as ballet, pointe, jazz, modern and contemporary. She had the opportunity to perform in The Nutcracker for many years, as well as performing alongside Boston Symphony Orchestra. After staying with Northeast School of Ballet through high school, Olivia later graduated from Dean College with a Bachelor of Arts in dance with a minor in creative writing in May of 2025. Throughout her time at Dean, she performed in various pieces and choreographed multiple dances for the Dean College stage. While studying for her degree, Olivia has taken time over the summer to assist young dancers in a disciplined dance setting for Urbanity’s summer program and Northeast School of Ballet’s youth summer program. This has helped her to gain more knowledge on how to become the dance teacher she is today. When Olivia is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing fetch with her dogs, going to concerts, and writing poems. Olivia has always had a passion for creativity and telling stories with movement. Through teaching dance, she finds joy in inspiring the next generation of dancers to be their authentic selves through their unique artistic choices.
