School Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather, please check for class cancellations according to Natick Public School closures and on missheejinsdancestudio.com. The closing or cancellation will be emailed to our MHDS Families. There will be no refunds or make-ups for cancelled classes due to weather. If you would like to make up a snow day, you may do so by attending a class appropriate for your dancer's age the same week as the snow day. Please check the schedule and give notice to Miss Heejin prior to attending.
In the event that Miss Heejin’s Dance Studio must close in-studio classes due to a pandemic or other state of emergency, classes will be converted to virtual classes until dancers are able to safely return to the studio. No credits, discounts or refunds will be given. Snow days will not be considered a state of emergency and details regarding make up classes can be found in the Miss Heejin’s Dance Studio handbook.
Class Attendance Policies: Closed holidays are listed on the MHDS Calendar.
If you are scheduled for a semi-private or private lesson, you must call and cancel at least 24 hours prior to the lesson. If you do not cancel before the 24 hour period, you will be responsible for reimbursing the studio for that lesson.
Enrollment Policy: If your tuition is not received by the due date a late fee of $30/week per dancer will be charged until payment is received. If tuition is not received by the start of the Trimester, the dancer will not be allowed to take class.
If a dancer would like to make a change to their schedule/classes, the adjustment will be made from the date Miss Heejin receives written notice via email.
